Communication and Membership Committee
Ensures that communications between Adjunct Faculty and the AFA is operating optimally, utilizing various channels including Publications, Surveys, Website, Social Networking channels.
Establishes and maintains Membership recruitment and retention programs, developes services for our Members, and engages in fund raising to support various AFA efforts.
Education and Conference Committee
Promotes Adjunct Faculty Professional Development and works with District entities, such as MCLI, to provide programs and opportunities.
Organizes the Fall and Spring Conferences.
Practices and Recognition Committee
Gathers and publishes Adjunct Faculty related practices.
Reviews and manages current recognition programs and propose new programs.
