The Adjunct Faculty Association will be providing one scholarship to one of its members to cover the cost of attending the Arizona Master Teacher Seminar being held annually each Spring. This year, it is from May 20 - May 24 in Prescott.

To apply for a scholarship you must complete and submit the form below.

Applications must be received by Friday, March 30, 2012 at 5:00 PM. The scholarship recipient will be notified by email and announced at the Adjunct Faculty Spring Conference on April 14, 2012. If you have any questions, please contact the AFA Secretary.
